I am amazed that we have made it to 7 weeks. It has gone by so fast. Next week we will be into our 3 month. Holy Stinking cow!
This is what is happening with the baby this week:
Baby's brain -- both hemispheres! -- is growing fast, generating about 100 new cells every minute. Arms and legs are emerging as joints start to form, and a permanent set of kidneys (baby's third!) is now in place.
I'm so ready for our appointments next week. I can not come soon enough.
I am still having some bouts with morning sickness but I will take it because it means our turkey is fine.
That's about all I have to say for now. I'm super tired so I think I might take a nice nap. Sounds wonderful!
