My mom was so excited about this baby, especially since we had seen the heart and thought that everything was going to be okay. (boy were we stupid on that) At 7 weeks we told my parents they could tell people about the baby and of course they jumped right on that.
Needless to say they told almost everyone they knew. I told my mom though before she started to tell people that if anything went wrong, she was going to untell people. Well, that process started today as she made phone calls to people letting them know that our baby had died.
I now think she understands why we were so cautious in telling people both the first time and the second time. Mark and I had only told a few people this time around because we knew what it felt like to let people down last time.
If and when we do get pregnant again, we may wait till the baby is born to tell people, that is of course if we actually get a live baby. I'm tired of getting dead babies.
