Thanksgiving

Our Thanksgiving went great this year. Mom did most of the cooking which was great and the meal was fantastic! We have a ton of food left over which means that I don't have to cook for several days. Yea!

We also took pictures for our Christmas card. They turned out okay. I'm not overly crazy with them but I need to send them out before I head to Texas on Wednesday since I'm going to be seeing people and if they don't get the card before, it will ruin the way we have been looking forward to telling people.

I feel like a complete whale in the picture but my Mom and Mark kept reminding me that I'm pregnant. I have to remind myself that it's okay for me to look different and not as great as I would like.

My parents left early this morning around 7AM and then around 7:30AM it started snowing. It was so pretty but it didn't stick, so that's nice. Mark and I braved a couple of stores to get some Christmas gifts but didn't go all out on black.friday.

Oh and last but not least, Mark brought home a new Tahoe on Thanksgiving morning! I love seeing it out in the driveway knowing it's ours! Makayla will be so safe in it! I had no idea he was getting it. That little secret keeper!

I head out to Texas on Wednesday evening and will be there until Monday evening and can't wait!
