SOLD!

*I wrote this last night but our neighbors dog got out and when we went to return him we ended up staying and talking to them for a while so I didn't get to finish this*

Today is the day that Mark and I have been looking forward to for 11 months. No, we aren't pregnant. No its not an anniversary.

WE SOLD OUR HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The buyers signed all the papers yesterday and our paper should be arriving on Tuesday (today) including our check for.....uhhhh.....$14,658.67. Yes my friends. That is what is cost us to sell the damn house. But, it is done!

Our realtor was amazing. She is a very good family friend and she earned every DIME of her commission. She had it listed for 4 months and it showed over 30 times and that included around 6 offers.

I really hope this house makes the new people as happy as it made me and DH. I loved that house so much. It was perfect for me and DH. Never in a million years when we bought it in Sept. 07 did I think we would move less than a year later 1,200 miles away.

Now DH and I have to start saving for our next house which might actually be across the street. Stay tuned for more information about that!
