There have only been two instances in my life where I have gotten heartburn. When I was pregnant with the twins and when I drink vodka.
For about the past two days I have had heart burn almost non stop. I feel like I could be a dragon and spew fire. The worst part? Tums make me gag! So there for, I have to suck it up and deal with it.
Of course, a lot of people say that heartburn means baby is growing hair which would be fine with me because I think M would be super cute with a little hair, not that she's not going to be super cute regardless.
As of today I have 30 days or less to be pregnant. I feel like it's taken ages to get here but at the same time, I feel like August was just the other day when we found out we were pregnant again.
The next few weeks are going to be a whirl wind. This weekend Mark is suppose to be working but he has another engineer coming down to cover for him because we just have so much going on.
On the list of things to do:
-Dogs have an appt. to get groomed tomorrow at 10am
-Meeting with the fence company at 11am
-Go furniture shopping AGAIN this weekend to look for a recliner
-Possibly take my brother out for his birthday
-Laundry
-Grocery shopping
-Finish packing my hospital bag
-Clean the house
-Vacate the house on Sunday because the realtor is going to show it.
Might I also add that this will be our last weekend just me and Mark for a VERY long time because my Dad will be coming next week and then my Mom comes the following weekend and then M will be here.
Oh how our lives are about to change.....

I hear you on the pregnancy heartburn- very persistent and severe at times, though I have had Hb on and off for the last few years so I had to take Zantac 75 about 3 times throughout the pg because Tums doesn't work on my severe Hb. It is category B (and it's on my doc's "safe" list), so taking one if you really need it makes sense, if you feel comfortable doing so. Hope you find some comfort soon!
